Jennifer Stofman, MAJEd, JCS

Executive Director

Jennifer has been a part of the Cherry Hill Jewish community for decades. She served as the Director of Synagogue Consulting at the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ) since 2012. She has been both a synagogue professional and lay leader, and therefore truly understands the rhythm of congregational life. Prior to her role at USCJ, Jennifer served as the Program Director and Associate Executive Director of Temple Beth Sholom in Cherry Hill. She also served as the first Director of the Ramah Day Camp in Elkins Park, PA from 1996-2000. Jennifer has spent the last 30 years as a Jewish Communal Professional and has experience in congregational programming and fundraising, public relations and advertising, membership recruitment and retention, leadership development and both formal and informal Jewish education.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Jewish Studies and English Literature from Drew University and a Master’s Degree in Jewish Education and Jewish Communal Studies from Gratz College. She is a USY and Camp Ramah (Poconos) alum. During her down time, Jennifer enjoys concerts, Netflix, and chocolate. She lives in Cherry Hill with her husband Eric, a chiropractor, and their two sons, Jake and Noah.
