Boomers: Hike at Haddon Lake
Join Kol Ami at Haddon Lake Park. Haddon Lake Park is located in Haddon Heights, Audubon and Mount Ephraim. The park runs from Station Avenue to 10th Avenue and from Kings Highway to the Black Horse Pike.
We could walk the 1-mile paved loop around the lake (between Kings Highway and playground). Or for more ambitious folks they could peel off half-way and stroll east towards the open air amphitheater for a 1.6 mile hike on a cross country trail. Please see attached map in the following URL.
We will meet at parking lot off of Haddon Lake which is near the dam at the lake, which is in sight of the playground parking lot above the hill. This is the Parking area marked on the following URL in the upper left of the lake – https://www.camdencounty.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/HADDON-LAKE-PARK-5-10-17-Norcross-updated.pdf
Driving Directions to meeting spot at Parking Lot by Haddon Lake – Drive (1) west on East Lake Drive from Kings Highway or (2) head north on East Valley Road from the Black Horse Pike.
Several wheelchairs will be available, but you must contact Bill Fisher in advance to assure availability.
Adult congregants only, please.
