Eco-Kosher: A Plant-based Approach for Ethical Eating
Congregant Rachelle Lampert is sponsoring this presentation about using a plant-based approach to eating as a modern ethical practice. “Jewish Veg” speakers Sara Eifler and Lisa Apfelberg will join us via Zoom to teach about eco-kashrut and mindful eating to respond to the environmental, social, and ethical issues facing our world today and promote environmental concerns. Sara and Lisa will teach about delicious and creative ways to be eco-kosher today.
