You don’t need to be an Eagles fan or have any football knowledge to play – You just have to be a fan of Congregation Kol Ami!
As a participant, you have four chances to win each and every game of the regular season, up to approximately $250 per game!
COST: $90 for the entire NFL season –18 Games (17 regular season Eagles games, PLUS the NY Giants v. Dallas Cowboys game during the Eagle’s Week
10 Bye)! If we sell all 100 squares, approximately $4,500 will be paid out to participants and potentially $4,500 or more may be pledged to support Congregation Kol Ami.
HOW IT WORKS: The pool will be managed through RunYourPool.com and is set up as an NFL Squares Pool named “Kol Ami Eagles 23-24 Season Grid Pool.”
After completing payment registration below and selecting your pledge election, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the Pool ID (NO password necessary). Sign up, log in, and make your picks! It is that easy!
For every entry you purchase, select 1 box on the grid for each game of the season. All the games are posted so you can pick your square(s) for all 18 games right away – then just sit back, watch the games, and wait to find out if you’re a lucky winner!
The axis numbers for each game (grid) will be assigned just before each game with winnings broken out as follows:
End of 1st Quarter: 5% of the pot (approximately $25)
Halftime Score: 10% of the pot (approximately $50)
End of 3d Quarter: 5% of the pot (approximately $25)
Final Score: 30% of the pot (approximately $150)
Potential payout to Congregation Kol Ami each week: 50% of the pot (approximately $250)
*Note that winnings will be lower if fewer than 100 boxes are purchased.
NEW! PLEDGE ELECTIONS: We will not be withholding any of the winnings on behalf of Congregation Kol Ami. Please make one of the following pledge elections:
-I pledge to donate 50% of my winnings to Kol Ami.
-I pledge to donate 100% of my winnings to Kol Ami.
-I pledge to donate ___% or $____ of my winnings to Kol Ami.
-I will not be donating any of my winnings to Kol Ami at this time.
*Note that all pledge elections will be kept confidential. Participants may change their election at any time upon written notice to Monica Watson.
MISCELLANEOUS RULES: While a squares pool is super simple, there are two rules we will follow:
1. If a game goes into Overtime (OT), we will determine the winner based on the Final OT score.
2. In the (hopefully unlikely) event we don’t fill every square, the empty squares will be “Team Kol Ami,” as we want to ensure four winners every game.
REGISTRATION: The deadline to enter the pool for the full season is noon, Friday, September 8.
