What Does Reform Judaism Say About…?
What Does Reform Judaism Say About…?
Led by Rabbi Jennifer Frenkel
Three Wednesdays, May 3, 17 & 24, 10:30-11:45 am (via Zoom) (No session May 10)
Reform Judaism sees our sacred texts as living documents that enable us to confront the timeless, timely challenges of our everyday lives. As a movement that prides itself on “choice through knowledge,” this 3-session class will look at some of the very issues we have been discussing ritually this year. We’ll take a look at what guidance our Reform Movement can provide – be it when a wedding ceremony can take place, individual and communal kashrut practices, choreography of prayer, ritual practice, how we observe life-cycle events, and more.
No cost for congregants. $10/session for non-members.
Registration is required to receive Zoom information.
